About Kim | The Mom In The Messy Middle

“You are seen. You are strong. You belong.”
Hi, I’m Kimberly — a homeschool mom in the messy middle of motherhood.
I’m a mom of three boys, a former working mom, and a homeschool mom who understands how overwhelming motherhood can feel — especially when you’re trying your best and still feel exhausted.
After experiencing postpartum anxiety and burnout, stepping away from my career, and navigating homeschooling through hard seasons, I realized something important:
You’re not failing.
You’re parenting in the messy middle.
Mom in the Messy Middle was created to support overwhelmed moms with honest encouragement, gentle faith, and real-life homeschool support.
What the Messy Middle Means
The messy middle is the in-between season of motherhood — when you love your kids deeply but still feel tired, overstimulated, and unsure if you’re doing enough.
Here, we talk honestly about:
-
motherhood mental health and burnout
-
postpartum anxiety and emotional overwhelm
-
homeschooling in real life
-
faith in exhausting seasons
-
identity and confidence after becoming a mom
You’re not alone in this season.
