Mom In The Messy Middle

Faith, Homeschooling & Dyslexia Support, Postpartum Recovery, Mental Health, and the Beautiful Mess of Everyday Life.

You’re not behind — you’re in the messy middle.

You are not alone

If You’re Here, You Might Be…

  •  A mom wondering if your child is showing signs of dyslexia

  •  Homeschooling and second-guessing everything

  •  Healing from postpartum anxiety while still showing up every day

  •  Tired of trying to be the “perfect” mom

  • Craving faith that feels gentle, not heavy

You don’t need to have it all together to belong here.

Cozy Lounge Corner

Hi, I’m Kimberly

I’m a stay-at-home mom of three boys.

Four years ago, I stepped away from working outside the home and into full-time motherhood.

Since then, I’ve navigated postpartum depression and anxiety, started homeschooling, and learned how to support a dyslexic child in ways I never expected.

Some days feel beautiful.

Some days feel overwhelming.

Most days feel like the messy middle.

I created this space because I couldn’t find one that felt honest, calm, and grounded in real life.

If you’re doing your best but still wondering if it’s enough — you belong here.

01.

Present Motherhood

Choosing connection over performance. Slowing down enough to actually see your children.

02.

Gentle Homeschooling

Learning that works for your real child — not someone else’s highlight reel.

03.

Supporting Dyslexic Learners

Early signs, practical support, and encouragement for families navigating dyslexia.

04.

Mental Health + Faith

Honest conversations about postpartum healing, anxiety, and finding steadiness in God without shame.

The 4 Pillars of the Messy Middle

Motherhood isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing it with intention.

This Month’s Gentle Check-In

Around the second week of each month, I share a simple check-in for moms who need a moment to pause and breathe. It’s a quiet space for reflection, encouragement, and reminding yourself that you’re not alone in the Messy Middle of Motherhood.
